Shipping policy
Every piece is printed to order in my studio in Richmond, British Columbia, and packed by me.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1-5 business days. If anything is going to take longer, I will email you before your order ships.
Where I ship
Worldwide. Everything goes out with Canada Post, so anywhere Canada Post delivers, I ship. A small number of destinations sit outside their network and will not return a rate at checkout. If that happens to you, email me and I will see what can be arranged.
Rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout using live Canada Post rates, based on your address and what is in your cart. You see every option and its exact price before you pay. Every service I offer is tracked, because an untracked parcel that goes missing helps nobody.
Typical transit time once a parcel is on its way:
- Canada - Expedited Parcel 1-7 business days, Priority next business day, Xpresspost 1-2
- United States - Tracked Packet 4-7 business days, Expedited Parcel 4-7, Xpresspost 2-3
- Rest of the world - Tracked Packet International 6-12 business days, International Parcel Air 6-14, Xpresspost International 4-10
These are Canada Post estimates, not guarantees, and customs can add time. Remote destinations sit at the far end of these ranges.
Customs, duties, and taxes
United States: duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.
Everywhere else outside Canada: your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your own country. These are not included in what you pay me and are the recipient's responsibility. Most orders here are small and low in value, so in practice this rarely comes up.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as I print your label.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to me because the address was wrong or incomplete, I will happily send it out again once you cover the new postage.
